We wanted to enjoy Disney as this was our second trip so I contacted Lindsay and let me say it was one of the easiest trips we’ve ever went on! She took all of my questions and requests and made it a magical trip and the last minute changes we needed she never missed a beat! It was great working with Lindsay. She was very quick with responses. The call right before our trip was helpful to answer last minute questions and while I didn’t need her, she was available for questions through out our trip. Being that it was our first time booking a Disney vacation at a Disney hotel with all the new things like Genie+ and Lightning Lanes, plus rides you might need to pay for extra, I am glad we used Lindsay.

Lindsay and Poison Apple Travel are my go to for my family’s Disney vacations. I have booked with her numerous times and she out does herself time and time again. I made last minute additions for this trip and she made sure to include them and to top it off we ate at a brand new Hollywood Studios restaurant, Roundup Rodeo BBQ, within 6 days of its grand opening! Lindsay was amazing! I originally reached out to her in 2019 to book a June 2020 Disney trip. We moved it twice that year, and eventually cancelled because of covid. Then in early 2021 I saw the packages for 2022 were out, and I immediately reached out and booked with her again. Then, two months before our trip I was dealing with issues from a surgery. I was overwhelmed with the process of planning a Disney vacation, especially since everything has changed so much since the last time I visited. Lindsay offered so much good advice- the emails are very helpful and a rich source of information. Also, Lindsay was always willing to talk with me live when I had questions specific to my family and our trip. I was thrilled with the results of my dining day. Lindsay managed to get us a reservation at every restaurant I was hoping for and the times were perfect. I think this is where Lindsay’s experience of navigating the parks, especially with kids, is an added benefit because our meals were timed perfectly!

As much as I love Disney, I get very overwhelmed when it comes to trying to book dining reservations and where to stay at on Disney property within a budget. I highly recommend Lindsay as a travel agent. We gave her our wish list and she found what we needed in our set budget. As we added people and adjusted things she also was able to provide us with accurate answers quickly. Her emails help us start thinking about our time at each park and the trip as a whole. We needed a stroller and pack n play for a toddler and both recommendations for how to navigate this were on point. Transportation recommendations were also great. I particularly found her videos on genie + and all the things that are important in the parks helped greatly. I loved that I could ask questions as things came up in the videos. On our first day we needed help with genie + and she and I discussed it over the phone/text. I loved that she was in the moment helping me. She could see our account and help guide us. Once we figured it out we were good! Her advice got us on every ride in Magic Kingdom even during Easter week! Lindsay booked our dining reservations and took care of my food allergy concerns. I felt completely comfortable with her guidance and it helped lessen my anxiety about food allergies. We can’t wait to plan with her and go again!

Our trip was perfect and such a magical time for our family and we have Lindsay to thank! We booked our trip during the pandemic and with not knowing what would be going on with everything ever changing. Lindsay helped keep us up to speed on all the things and the exciting news as things progressed to pre-pandemic status before our trip! I would like to start by saying we had a magical time. It was the family’s first time staying inside Disney resorts and it was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming. We had a deluxe room overlooking the Boardwalk and at night we could see some of the Magic Kingdom fireworks as well as Epcot’s. We used the Disney buses, they tale you directly to the entrances of the parks and it saves you the mile hike from the parking lot lol !!!! I would recommend take advantage of the early gate in if you are staying in one of the resorts and go to your must do ride or must do experience. Disney Genie helps a lot, we paid for plus and booked lightning passes for almost every ride we wanted to do. Over all we had a great time and God willing we might do it again next year. Thank you so much for everything you did.

Lindsay made planning our family trip to Disney World amazing. We had three different families go and she booked all our rooms, linked our reservations, and booked all the dining reservations we requested. During our planning she sent out emails and videos to help prepare us with tips and tricks. She even had a meeting with us before we went to answer all of our questions. We booked a trip for 20 guests, pre-pandemic to stay at the Beach Club for New Year’s Eve 2020. We postponed until 2021. Throughout all of this Lindsay stayed on top of all the new dates to rebook. She took that stress away! Finding rooms, restaurants, etc. for this large group was no easy task. A few days out 6 in our group had to stay back due to Covid-19 and she helped work out the insurance. Always responsive! Very informative tips along the way! Very knowledgeable! Lindsay’s immaculate planning and attention to detail leaves no room for criticism! Extraordinarily, Lindsay is also a full-service travel agent so she can plan our travels to anywhere! This was the second trip that Lindsay planned for us. It was an epic 8 week Disney World, Universal, Florida family road trip during the Omicron epidemic. To say it was flawlessly planned would be an understatement. Lindsay’s impeccable accommodation taste, as well as perfect understanding of our family of 5’s needs, are surpassed by none. We’d only ever plan any future holidays with her and wherever she recommends.  I will continue to recommend her to all our family and friends. So we still have today and tomorrow left on our trip but I just have to say that Fairy Tale Concierge, Lindsay Yacovino – Travel Agent has been amazing!! She took care of our whole trip so all we had to do was come and have fun! And when we got here and realized Noa needed medical care Lindsay was so helpful in giving me all of my options and she took care of another issue when something we ordered wasn’t here on time and got us a $50 credit on our account! Even when we were in Disney and had a question, she was answering emails of ours at all hours of the night, just to make sure that we were doing ok.
We took our 4 year old daughter and with Lindsay’s help, were able to make this The most magical trip ever! Even weeks after we are back home, our little one is still bringing up memories daily of our trip.

I am ashamed to say that we returned from our first Disney vacation a month ago, and I am just now getting around to writing this… but our trip wouldn’t have been possible without Lindsay. I spent all of last year deployed overseas while my husband raised our two little girls alone. We had just sold our house to move closer to my husband’s job an hour away when got a 4 week notice that I would be deploying. We had to close our house, find a new one, find childcare, new pediatricians, dentists, pharmacy, and register our then 5 year old for kindergarten.. so basically my husband started a whole new life with a whole new everything, with two small children, alone. I missed their birthdays, Halloween, Christmas, 1st day of kindergarten, you name it, I missed it. I wanted to give my little girls something to look forward to until I could come back home. Lindsay nailed it. She set it up on the kids’ fall breaks, right after their birthdays, and during a slow season. We went to the Halloween party, every park, multiple character meals, the Frozen Dessert Party, almost every single character, literally everything and anything we could dream of, and we did it as clueless first timers. We were beyond prepared and she was always available for answering any questions. She found every discount and deal we qualified for as a militaryv family, enabling us to be able to afford much more than we thought we would, including Bippity Boppity Boutique. We had an amazing time. We were so nervous, and had no clue what we were doing, but she made it possible for us to have the trip of a lifetime, and with ease. She made everything more perfect than we could have ever planned or thought of ourselves. Do not plan your Disney vacation without Lindsay! When we decided to go on a last minute Disney trip with 9 people, I didn’t know where to start. It was our first time and it was so overwhelming. This was not our first trip to Disney, but I will say it was our best, and, Lindsay was an integral part. She was on top of it the whole way. This review is a long time coming. But Lindsay was so amazing so I had to make sure that i got it written even though many months have passed since our trip! We planned our first Disney trip as a family of four (two girls 6 and 2.5 at the time of trip) for the end of June. Lindsay was a godsent when planning our family’s first Disney trip. Having been a few times myself, I felt a lot of pressure to ensure my parents enjoyed themselves as well. Starting a new job, I knew I’d be unable to dedicate the time I’d like to plan the trip. This is when I sought out Lindsay. She helped us find a room that would work for our price range as well as for the four of us. She helped us decide on park hopper tickets to allow us to see and do the most in the short time we had. We were in town to run the half marathon and Lindsay helped us plan each day so that we wouldn’t have to worry about time tables relating to the race. We also decided to add the Memory Maker package and are so happy that we did. We hardly ever get pictures of all of us and now there was no excuse for Dad to hide behind the camera! When issues came up along the way, Lindsay was attentive and would answer any questions very quickly. She was a true pleasure to work with and I’d recommend her 1000x over. My wife and I hadn’t been to Disney in over 30 years, so we didn’t know what to expect, or for that matter do. My daughter had recently gone and recommended Lindsay at Fairytale Concierge. It was better to have someone plan for us, than for us to try to figure it out for ourselves. Once I contacted Lindsay, she asked us what we wanted to do, and which parks we wanted to visit. We were only going to be in Orlando for 2 days, so we chose Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Lindsay had made some suggestions, and we told her we were leaving all up to her. Since we didn’t have children with us, she had the freedom to schedule anything. We were not disappointed. Lindsay took care of tickets, Fast Passes, lunch and dinner reservations and had prepared a list of do’s and don’t’s for us. Lindsay made it way too easy. We were able to enjoy everything without the worry, as we had some planned events, and the freedom to do whatever else we wanted as well. I didn’t think it was possible for 2 adults to spend 13 hours in Epcot and 14 hours in Magic Kingdom, but we did. It was awesome, and we couldn’t have done it without Lindsay’s help. Our trip was truly magical to the happiest place on earth.

I do not think I could say enough great things about Lindsay. This was our second trip to Disney, but our first using a TA and I will never do it alone again. She was so fast to communicate and ask the right questions, and booked everything so quickly when it was time. Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She planned every single detail of our PERFECT trip down to the very last minute. No minute was left unturned and that is exactly what we wanted. We love to go, go, go and she did just that! We were able to get every single sit down meal we wanted, and every single fast pass. She was even able to get us AVATAR-Flight of Passage- which is sometimes a 3 hour wait! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Usually my husband is our travel guru but when it came to Disney, we needed a Disney travel agent with exceptional knowledge & that was Lindsay. The amount of work she put into our trip was absolutely incredible. I wanted our first timer trip to be extra special and with her help, it was more than that. This past year Lindsay had her third child and my dining reservation day was only a few days after her giving birth. Although on maternity leave (she had co-worker coverage) she took it upon herself to make sure she did my reservations just days after having her baby. she was in Disney on her family vacation when my fast pass day arrived so yes she scheduled my fast passes while on her vacation. With me not knowing where to eat or what to ride or where to stay or how the transportation works to my sons food allergy, Lindsay always was there with all the information I needed. She sent a daily itinerary to work off of so our game plan in the parks was super efficient as well as sending my kiddos Disney goodies getting them even more excited. She did a spectacular job helping us plan a last minute Disney world vacation (under 2 weeks) and made our room booking, park tickets and most importantly a full 4 day itinerary for dining, fastpasses and general schedule. She was knowledgeable about all the restaurants (we are picky with our food standards) and we had no complaints about any of the food. She also laid out our daily schedules working in the fastpasses so we could get to all the rides efficiently. We had slim pickings with food and fastpasses due to the last minute booking situation but she pulled it all together and we had an amazing time! Planning Disney is stressful so it’s a no brainer having an agent assist you. She saved us a lot of time.

I would like to start by saying we had a magical time. It was the family’s first time staying inside Disney resorts and it was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming. We had a deluxe room overlooking the Boardwalk and at night we could see some of the Magic Kingdom fireworks as well as Epcot’s. We used the Disney buses, they tale you directly to the entrances of the parks and it saves you the mile hike from the parking lot lol !!!! I would recommend take advantage of the early gate in if you are staying in one of the resorts and go to your must do ride or must do experience. Disney Genie helps a lot, we paid for plus and booked lightning passes for almost every ride we wanted to do. Over all we had a great time and God willing we might do it again next year. Thank you so much for everything you did.

Lindsay made planning our family trip to Disney World amazing. So we still have today and tomorrow left on our trip but I just have to say that Fairy Tale Concierge, Lindsay Yacovino – Travel Agent has been amazing!! We can’t even begin to express how thankful we are to have had the help of Lindsay for our Disney vacation a couple of weeks ago.

If anyone is planning a trip to Disney World, I highly recommend Lindsay Yacovino! There is major methods to the Disney World madness and she knows those methods. I had no idea before planning this trip that you had to make dinner reservations 180 days in advance and fastpasses 60 days in advance!!!….she made everything we wanted happen and more. This was not our first trip to Disney, but I will say it was our best, and, Lindsay was an integral part. She was on top of it the whole way. This review is a long time coming. But Lindsay was so amazing so I had to make sure that i got it written even though many months have passed since our trip! We planned our first Disney trip as a family of four (two girls 6 and 2.5 at the time of trip) for the end of June. She was so helpful to me and my husband with recommending and securing the perfect room/hotel) for our family’s particular needs. Lindsay was a godsent when planning our family’s first Disney trip. Having been a few times myself, I felt a lot of pressure to ensure my parents enjoyed themselves as well. Starting a new job, I knew I’d be unable to dedicate the time I’d like to plan the trip. This is when I sought out Lindsay. She helped us find a room that would work for our price range as well as for the four of us. She helped us decide on park hopper tickets to allow us to see and do the most in the short time we had. We were in town to run the half marathon and Lindsay helped us plan each day so that we wouldn’t have to worry about time tables relating to the race. We also decided to add the Memory Maker package and are so happy that we did. We hardly ever get pictures of all of us and now there was no excuse for Dad to hide behind the camera! My wife and I hadn’t been to Disney in over 30 years, so we didn’t know what to expect, or for that matter do. My daughter had recently gone and recommended Lindsay at Fairytale Concierge. It was better to have someone plan for us, than for us to try to figure it out for ourselves. Once I contacted Lindsay, she asked us what we wanted to do, and which parks we wanted to visit. We were only going to be in Orlando for 2 days, so we chose Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Lindsay had made some suggestions, and we told her we were leaving all up to her. Since we didn’t have children with us, she had the freedom to schedule anything. We were not disappointed. Lindsay took care of tickets, Fast Passes, lunch and dinner reservations and had prepared a list of do’s and don’t’s for us. Lindsay made it way too easy. We were able to enjoy everything without the worry, as we had some planned events, and the freedom to do whatever else we wanted as well. I didn’t think it was possible for 2 adults to spend 13 hours in Epcot and 14 hours in Magic Kingdom, but we did. It was awesome, and we couldn’t have done it without Lindsay’s help. Our trip was truly magical to the happiest place on earth.

We just got back from a wonderful vacation planned by Lindsay and it couldn’t have been more perfect!!! I do not think I could say enough great things about Lindsay. This was our second trip to Disney, but our first using a TA and I will never do it alone again. She was so fast to communicate and ask the right questions, and booked everything so quickly when it was time. We even had dinner at Cinderella’s royal table right after my daughter was turned into a princess at BBB and it was amazing!! Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She planned every single detail of our PERFECT trip down to the very last minute. No minute was left unturned and that is exactly what we wanted. We love to go, go, go and she did just that! We were able to get every single sit down meal we wanted, and every single fast pass. She was even able to get us AVATAR-Flight of Passage- which is sometimes a 3 hour wait! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Usually my husband is our travel guru but when it came to Disney, we needed a Disney travel agent with exceptional knowledge & that was Lindsay. The amount of work she put into our trip was absolutely incredible. I wanted our first timer trip to be extra special and with her help, it was more than that. This past year Lindsay had her third child and my dining reservation day was only a few days after her giving birth. Although on maternity leave (she had co-worker coverage) she took it upon herself to make sure she did my reservations just days after having her baby. she was in Disney on her family vacation when my fast pass day arrived so yes she scheduled my fast passes while on her vacation. She did a spectacular job helping us plan a last minute Disney world vacation (under 2 weeks) and made our room booking, park tickets and most importantly a full 4 day itinerary for dining, fastpasses and general schedule. She was knowledgeable about all the restaurants (we are picky with our food standards) and we had no complaints about any of the food. She also laid out our daily schedules working in the fastpasses so we could get to all the rides efficiently. We had slim pickings with food and fastpasses due to the last minute booking situation but she pulled it all together and we had an amazing time! We had a vacation dream come true! Thanks to Lindsay, our vacation went so smoothly and wonderfully! Our trip was perfect and such a magical time for our family and we have Lindsay to thank! I would like to start by saying we had a magical time. It was the family’s first time staying inside Disney resorts and it was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming. We had a deluxe room overlooking the Boardwalk and at night we could see some of the Magic Kingdom fireworks as well as Epcot’s. We used the Disney buses, they tale you directly to the entrances of the parks and it saves you the mile hike from the parking lot lol !!!! I would recommend take advantage of the early gate in if you are staying in one of the resorts and go to your must do ride or must do experience. Disney Genie helps a lot, we paid for plus and booked lightning passes for almost every ride we wanted to do. Over all we had a great time and God willing we might do it again next year. Thank you so much for everything you did.

Lindsay made planning our family trip to Disney World amazing. We had three different families go and she booked all our rooms, linked our reservations, and booked all the dining reservations we requested. During our planning she sent out emails and videos to help prepare us with tips and tricks. She even had a meeting with us before we went to answer all of our questions. We booked a trip for 20 guests, pre-pandemic to stay at the Beach Club for New Year’s Eve 2020. We postponed until 2021. Throughout all of this Lindsay stayed on top of all the new dates to rebook. So we still have today and tomorrow left on our trip but I just have to say that Fairy Tale Concierge, Lindsay Yacovino – Travel Agent has been amazing!! We can’t even begin to express how thankful we are to have had the help of Lindsay for our Disney vacation a couple of weeks ago.
From the time we started the process of planning, Lindsay was there the entire time, answering emails, calls and questions and guiding us along the way. We went to the Halloween party, every park, multiple character meals, the Frozen Dessert Party, almost every single character, literally everything and anything we could dream of, and we did it as clueless first timers. We were beyond prepared and she was always available for answering any questions. She found every discount and deal we qualified for as a militaryv family, enabling us to be able to afford much more than we thought we would, including Bippity Boppity Boutique. We had an amazing time. We were so nervous, and had no clue what we were doing, but she made it possible for us to have the trip of a lifetime, and with ease. She made everything more perfect than we could have ever planned or thought of ourselves. Do not plan your Disney vacation without Lindsay! This review is a long time coming. But Lindsay was so amazing so I had to make sure that i got it written even though many months have passed since our trip! We planned our first Disney trip as a family of four (two girls 6 and 2.5 at the time of trip) for the end of June. She was so helpful to me and my husband with recommending and securing the perfect room/hotel) for our family’s particular needs. I was dreading the dining reservation day (which was the day after Thanksgiving for us!) and I had no idea that Lindsay would do it ALL for me! She woke up early, made the reservations, got everything we wanted (and more!)!

Lindsay was a godsent when planning our family’s first Disney trip. Having been a few times myself, I felt a lot of pressure to ensure my parents enjoyed themselves as well. Starting a new job, I knew I’d be unable to dedicate the time I’d like to plan the trip. This is when I sought out Lindsay. She helped us find a room that would work for our price range as well as for the four of us. She helped us decide on park hopper tickets to allow us to see and do the most in the short time we had. We were in town to run the half marathon and Lindsay helped us plan each day so that we wouldn’t have to worry about time tables relating to the race. We also decided to add the Memory Maker package and are so happy that we did. We hardly ever get pictures of all of us and now there was no excuse for Dad to hide behind the camera! When issues came up along the way, Lindsay was attentive and would answer any questions very quickly. She was a true pleasure to work with and I’d recommend her 1000x over. My wife and I hadn’t been to Disney in over 30 years, so we didn’t know what to expect, or for that matter do. My daughter had recently gone and recommended Lindsay at Fairytale Concierge. It was better to have someone plan for us, than for us to try to figure it out for ourselves. Once I contacted Lindsay, she asked us what we wanted to do, and which parks we wanted to visit. We were only going to be in Orlando for 2 days, so we chose Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Lindsay had made some suggestions, and we told her we were leaving all up to her. Since we didn’t have children with us, she had the freedom to schedule anything. We were not disappointed. Lindsay took care of tickets, Fast Passes, lunch and dinner reservations and had prepared a list of do’s and don’t’s for us. Lindsay made it way too easy. We were able to enjoy everything without the worry, as we had some planned events, and the freedom to do whatever else we wanted as well. I didn’t think it was possible for 2 adults to spend 13 hours in Epcot and 14 hours in Magic Kingdom, but we did. It was awesome, and we couldn’t have done it without Lindsay’s help. Our trip was truly magical to the happiest place on earth.

She handled every single detail of the trip, which made it super easy for our group of 18. The majority of our large group had never been to Disney before so Lindsay was sure to give us every thing we needed to succeed. She helped us choose a resort based on our children’s ages and proximity of things that were first on our list, she planned all of our meals, made sure we knew where to go to catch our buses— she is very thorough! We just got back from a wonderful vacation planned by Lindsay and it couldn’t have been more perfect!!! Lindsay was so easy and wonderful to work with…it feels like she’s a good friend after all we’ve planned and talked. She got all the dinner reservations and fast passes that we wanted on our trip…and it was a party of 18 people. I do not think I could say enough great things about Lindsay. This was our second trip to Disney, but our first using a TA and I will never do it alone again. She was so fast to communicate and ask the right questions, and booked everything so quickly when it was time. We even had dinner at Cinderella’s royal table right after my daughter was turned into a princess at BBB and it was amazing!! Her tips and tricks really got us to experience the most we could in every park and I used them daily. She makes it all so easy to just enjoy while she handles the not so fun part like reservations. Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She planned every single detail of our PERFECT trip down to the very last minute. No minute was left unturned and that is exactly what we wanted. We love to go, go, go and she did just that! We were able to get every single sit down meal we wanted, and every single fast pass. She was even able to get us AVATAR-Flight of Passage- which is sometimes a 3 hour wait! We wanted private fireworks, she got us reservations at the Chic California Grille on top of our hotel- The Contemporary for dinner and drinks with a spectacular view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Usually my husband is our travel guru but when it came to Disney, we needed a Disney travel agent with exceptional knowledge & that was Lindsay. The amount of work she put into our trip was absolutely incredible. I wanted our first timer trip to be extra special and with her help, it was more than that. This past year Lindsay had her third child and my dining reservation day was only a few days after her giving birth. Although on maternity leave (she had co-worker coverage) she took it upon herself to make sure she did my reservations just days after having her baby. she was in Disney on her family vacation when my fast pass day arrived so yes she scheduled my fast passes while on her vacation. What other travel agent do you know that will do not 1 but 2 of the above? Lindsay that is who! With me not knowing where to eat or what to ride or where to stay or how the transportation works to my sons food allergy, Lindsay always was there with all the information I needed. She sent a daily itinerary to work off of so our game plan in the parks was super efficient as well as sending my kiddos Disney goodies getting them even more excited. She did a spectacular job helping us plan a last minute Disney world vacation (under 2 weeks) and made our room booking, park tickets and most importantly a full 4 day itinerary for dining, fastpasses and general schedule. She was knowledgeable about all the restaurants (we are picky with our food standards) and we had no complaints about any of the food. She also laid out our daily schedules working in the fastpasses so we could get to all the rides efficiently. We had slim pickings with food and fastpasses due to the last minute booking situation but she pulled it all together and we had an amazing time! Planning Disney is stressful so it’s a no brainer having an agent assist you. She saved us a lot of time.
