We couldn’t have asked for anyone better travel agent than Lindsey and Poison Apple Travel!!! She is so easy to work with and unlike any other travel agent I spoke with she was extremely personable and wanted to get to know us and what we were looking for so she could build us the perfect trip for our needs, wants, and budget. Everyone else I tried to work with only wanted to give me pre-built options with very little room for customization or willingness to communicate with us. We have found our Disney travel agent for life!!!

So glad I decided to work with Lindsay to plan our family’s first Disney vacation! She took the intimidation factor away by leading me through the planning process, and the call we had right before we left (to go over how the Disney app works) was incredibly helpful. We had an amazing time, and are already talking about our next Disney trip. It really was a smooth/seamless experience.

I can’t begin to cover all of the reasons why using Lindsay as a travel agent and resource helped make our trip to Disney and Universal a positive one. We went as a party of 7, my wife and I, 3 daughters, and my parents. Lindsay helped at both resorts to get us adjoining room which made the stays incredibly better. We had not been to Disney over 20 years, so we really had no clue what we were doing or what all had changed. She made everything so easy, booked our hotels, reservations, gave us helpful hints, got me in the mindset to really plan out our days ahead of time so there was no guessing or unknowns once we were at the park. This really helped us get so many rides and attractions done each day. We rope dropped to fireworks almost every day when applicable and without Lindsay’s help and guidance, I just think we would have been so under-prepared. As a dad I really didn’t know what I was getting into trying to plan this whole trip, but using Lindsay to help along the way made the whole process enjoyable and fun. I went to Disney and Universal for my wife and girls, to see their faces light up and to make family memories, but somehow fell into the magical trap that is Disney. Our whole family, (including myself) can’t wait to go back. Thanks again Lindsay for all your help, we will be in touch again soon!

Lindsay was wonderful! As a mom of a toddler trying to plan a vacation to Disney for my family it quickly became overwhelming before reaching out to Lindsay! Once I started working with her she took the stress out of planning and was able to book our hotel and dining reservations, in addition to providing tons of recommendations for things like transportation/ stroller rental, etc. It had been a few years since my family had been to Disney and with so much changing she was really helpful answering all of my questions and was very prompt responding to emails. Lindsay helped us plan the most magical first time/3rd birthday Disney trip to celebrate our twin girls!
